It is the responsibility of the vendor to obtain and display the Texas Sales Tax and Use Permit and Nursery Certificate required to conduct business in the state of Texas.

Fifty percent of the vendor fees will be donated to the Buu Mon Buddhist Temple and Fifty percent of the vendor fees will be donated to the Texas Bamboo Society. Both organizations are 501 (c)3 non-profit organizations and vendor fees are tax deductible.
