Please attach a list of plant species that you expect to bring. All plants must be labeled with species name, healthy and pest free. Plant vendors will set up outdoors in the grassy area. Please provide your own shade canopy and table(s) for plants. Rental table and tents are available. See rental rates below.

Make your check payable to the "The Texas Bamboo Society" and mail the application with fees attached to Carole Meckes, 6707 Willamette Drive, Austin, TX 78723 no later than AUGUST 15, 2006. Reserve your space early. Space is limited & will be granted on a first come - first served basis. Only bamboo and bamboo related items will be permitted at the Texas Bamboo Festival.

The festival is free and open to the public. Parking fee $3. Additional parking is available on Stratford Drive. All vendors are asked to park on Stratford Drive after unloading or in the staff area. Parking is free and shady underneath the bridge on Stratford Drive. see map

It is the responsibility of the vendor to obtain and display the Texas Sales Tax and Use Permit and Nursery Certificate required to conduct business in the state of Texas.
